Many friends and family have taken part  in the blessing of the great outdoors here.

Recognized as the Georgia state mammal,  white-tailed deer are known to thrive in a wide variety of habitats.  The management of wildlife is a priority on the property.  Serious concerns come with a high volume of deer because they can destroy their habitat and the habitat of dozens of other species of animals and plants.  Deer thrive in habitats that contains mixed ages of pine and hardwood forests with a variety of openings and agriculture.  The plantation provides a perfect environment for their healthy growth.

Our established and natural habitats provide essential nutrients and coverings of food, water and shelter for the best deer health. The Plantation has preserved areas of food plots with persimmons, wild plums, oaks and other natural vegetation.   The soil is tested annually making sure the ground has the minerals necessary for keeping wildlife and cattle healthy.  There are a variety of venues of open fields to heavy covering throughout the property.  In addition to the water troughs, there is plenty of water in our several ponds, and along with 5  natural springs on the premises ensuring wildlife plenty of water.   We take great pride in managing the deer population for the optimum in deer health and quality.
