​Concentrating on the Limousin and Parthenais breeds, Solid Rock Plantation, LLC  speciallizes in the natural progression of these lean and muscular animals, producing the highest and best in lean quality, good tasting beef. The cattle thrives on natural feed and shaded pastures with a good variety of grass.    Solid Rock Plantation LLC has extended its cattle production to include Florida.

The  Beef Breeder

Coming from only the purest and finest of bloodlines, we raise quality herds of cattle on well managed pasture.   We believe that when the grass is optimized, so are the cattle.  The shady pastures are field tested and fenced for rotational grazing with several varieties of grasses.   The pastures are also  equipped with convenient water troughs for less stress on the cattle while grazing.   The herds are rotated from pasture to pasture at the peak health of the grass in order to offer the best in nutrition for the catte and in keeping the health of the land at its best and most productive.

With careful attention paid to the cattle bloodlines, we have built fine and lean qualities of cattle for beef production that even many diabetic dieters can eat due to the reduced fat content in the meat product.
